CONSENT & ATTENDEE POLICY
Vietnam Game Connection 2026 — Exhibition & Conference
All information submitted through this form will be kept strictly confidential. GameGeek will use the collected data solely for the purpose of evaluating applications and operating the event. Your information will only be shared with verified sponsors and partners involved in the event, and will never be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.
1. Data Collection & Privacy Consent
By registering for VGC 2026, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of the personal data you provide in this form, including but not limited to your full name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and professional interests.
Your data will be used for the following purposes:
• Event operations: badge printing, attendee verification, session management, and on-site logistics.
• Sponsor & partner access: Your registration data (name, company, job title, and areas of interest) may be shared with official VGC 2026 sponsors and partners to facilitate relevant business connections and follow-up communications. Data shared will be categorized based on the information you provide (e.g., industry sector, company size, role type).
• Post-event communications: event summaries, surveys, and information about future VGC editions.
You may withdraw your consent or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting the organizing committee at vgc@gamegeek.asia. Please note that withdrawal of consent may affect your ability to participate in certain event activities.
2. Data Sharing with Sponsors & Partners
By attending VGC 2026, you understand and agree that:
• Official sponsors and partners of VGC 2026 will have access to attendee data as outlined above.
• Sponsors and partners may contact you for business-related purposes relevant to the event's scope (gaming industry, technology, investment, and related fields).
• The organizing committee will ensure that all data shared with third parties is limited to the categories you have provided and is handled in accordance with applicable Vietnamese data protection regulations.
• Sponsors and partners are contractually required to use your data solely for VGC 2026-related business purposes and may not resell or redistribute your information.
3. Code of Conduct & Attendee Standards
All attendees are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior throughout the event. By registering, you agree to the following:
3.1 Professional Conduct

Treat all attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and staff with courtesy and respect.

Engage in professional and constructive conversations during networking sessions, meetings, and all event activities.

Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or intimidation based on gender, ethnicity, religion, nationality, age, disability, or any other characteristic.
3.2 Exhibition & Conference Etiquette

Follow all instructions from event staff regarding venue access, session capacity, and scheduling.

Do not photograph or record exhibition booths, presentations, or proprietary materials without explicit permission from the exhibitor or presenter.

Respect intellectual property — do not share confidential information disclosed during closed meetings or private sessions.
3.3 Compliance with Vietnamese Regulations

All attendees must comply with the laws and regulations of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, including but not limited to regulations on public gatherings, exhibition and conference activities, and data privacy as stipulated under applicable Vietnamese law (including Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection).

Foreign attendees are responsible for ensuring valid travel documentation (visa, passport) and must comply with Vietnamese immigration requirements.

The distribution, promotion, or display of content that violates Vietnamese law — including content that is politically sensitive, obscene, or harmful to national security — is strictly prohibited.
3.4 Venue & Safety

Comply with all venue safety regulations, including fire safety and emergency evacuation procedures.

The organizing committee reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee who violates these terms without prior notice or refund of any associated costs.
4. Image & Media Release
By attending VGC 2026, you grant the organizing committee permission to capture and use photographs, video recordings, and other media taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the event staff upon arrival.
5. Limitation of Liability
VGC 2026 is a free-to-attend event. The organizing committee shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event, except where caused by the gross negligence of the organizing committee. Attendees are advised to safeguard their personal belongings at all times.
6. Amendments
The organizing committee reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time prior to or during the event. Any changes will be communicated via the registered email address or announced on-site.
